So you can't actually see Satan and his army of Fallen Angels, does that mean they're not here?

Would Satan want you to know he's here? If you can't see that it's Satan destroying your life, do you think it might be easy to blame God for all your mishaps and misfortunes?

*It's interesting to see how the older text, King James Version, has changed from "IN the forehead" to " ON the forehead" and "IN the hand" to "UPON the hand".

The modern day bible would lead you to believe that it will be a literal mark, which MOST are teaching these days, when it could mean receiving the mark based on acceptance with your mind and with your hand.

Maybe while your looking for signs of a forced physical mark, you may already be accepting the mark based on what you know in your mind and are accepting with your hand.

For example, the new health care law which supplies funding for abortion. In your mind you might know that it's wrong and with your hand you pay the taxes to fund it.

In Deuteronomy, does it say that the Ten Commandments were "branded" on the hand and between the eyes?

In Exodus, does it mean the sign was a mark "branded" on the hand and between the eyes?

The Prophet Jeremiah condemned as Pagan the ancient Middle Eastern practice of cutting down trees, bringing them into the home and decorating them. Of course, these were not really Christmas trees, because Jesus was not born until centuries later, and the use of Christmas trees was not introduced for many centuries after his birth. Apparently, in Jeremiah's time the "heathen" would cut down trees, carve or decorate them in the form of a god or goddess, and overlay it with precious metals. Some Christians feel that this Pagan practice was similar enough to our present use of Christmas trees that this passage from Jeremiah can be used to condemn both.
